Saintes Pierres de Nalys
A stunning wine with remarkably pure aromas, this is a fresh Châteauneuf-du-Pape with peach and citrus notes.
Produced from the plots of “Bois Sénéchal” and the ones surrounding the Nalys cellars, this blend is made from equal quantities of Grenache, Clairette and Bourboulenc, together with Roussanne and Picardan. A vibrant wine with remarkably pure aromatics, this is a fresh Châteauneuf-du-Pape with peach and citrus notes. Vinified primarily in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, then aged partially in wood, White Sainte Pierres de Nalys offers a delicately oaky note that brings density and richness to this wine marked by the fresh characteristics of the terroir.
This wine is produced from three exceptional terroirs : « Nalys » (34%) with red sandstone typical of the Comtat and Saffres, « Bois Sénéchal » (63%) and « La Crau » (3%), both constituted of ancient alluvial stones from the Rhone, the famous galets.
